# TRA setup (Phase 0)

## Requirements

- PHP 8.5 (`/opt/cpanel/ea-php85/root/usr/bin/php` on this host)
- Composer 2
- Node 20+
- MySQL database `ronnie_tra`
- Redis

## Install

```bash
export PATH="/opt/cpanel/ea-php85/root/usr/bin:$PATH"
cd /home/ronnie/public_html/tra.ronnieridge.com
composer install
cp .env.example .env   # if needed
php artisan key:generate
# set DB_* and Redis in .env
php artisan migrate --seed
npm install
npm run build
php artisan storage:link
```

## Default Super Admin

- Email: `admin@gmail.com`
- Password: `Admin@123`
- First login requires MFA enrollment (TOTP)

**Change the password immediately after first login.**

## Run workers (staging/prod)

```bash
php artisan horizon
php artisan reverb:start
```

## URLs

- Website: `/`
- Health: `/health` and `/up`
- Admin: `/admin/login`
- Horizon: `/horizon` (authorized staff)
- Pulse: `/pulse` (authorized staff)

## cPanel note

Document root is the subdomain folder. Root `.htaccess` rewrites into `public/`.
