## T-72h
- Freeze content changes except critical fixes
- Confirm redirects imported on staging
- Confirm payment sandbox → live credentials ready (not yet flipped)

## T-24h
- Final content sync
- Enable `maintenance_read_only` if needed for final import
- Comms: “brief maintenance window” email/SMS template

## T-0 (cutover)
1. Enable maintenance (soft flag or `php artisan down --secret=...` — see secret in vault, never commit)
2. Final redirect import from `migration/redirects.csv`
3. Smoke: home, PDP, ATC blocked if soft RO, admin order view
4. DNS cutover; TLS; Cloudflare
5. Disable maintenance; monitor errors 2h
6. Social token health; submit sitemaps
7. Declare go-live; start hypercare

## Comms templates
**Customer:** “Checkout and RFQ briefly paused — browsing available.”
**Internal:** “Cutover started — war room in #tra-hypercare.”
