## URL mapping template

## Steps
1. Export pages HTML → TRA Page bodies (sanitize scripts).
2. Export blog articles + tags.
3. Rebuild menus in Admin → Menus.
4. Create policy documents with canonical handles.
5. Import redirects for every changed URL (`migration/redirects.csv`).

## Validation
- Crawl sample of 50 mapped URLs → 200 or intentional 301.
- Empty collections remain noindex.
