## Tax — Australia GST
- Rate: **10% inclusive** on taxable goods + shipping for AU destinations.
- Tax lines are snapshotted on the checkout/order and never recomputed after payment.
- Non-AU countries: no GST unless a `tax_registrations` row is active.

## Shipping zones

## Free shipping threshold
Editorial / settings-driven via rate `free_threshold_cents` (default Standard AU: 25000).

Money stored as integer **minor units** (cents). Display currency AUD by default.
