- [ ] Home, method, scan, offers, proof, insights, about, contact, privacy, terms, not-study-abroad return 200
- [ ] `/sitemap.xml`, `/robots.txt`, `/llms.txt` return 200
- [ ] Scan form stores a lead and shows the thank-you page
- [ ] `llms.txt` and `/not-study-abroad` both say this is not a study-abroad business
- [ ] No vanity percentages on the public site
- [ ] Prices stay hidden until Settings → show prices is on
- [ ] Phone, WhatsApp, email and street address filled for this entity (do not copy the study-abroad NAP)
- [ ] GA4, Search Console, Clarity and Meta IDs saved in Settings
- [ ] Search Console sitemap submitted
- [ ] Lighthouse on the homepage: mobile, no layout shift from webfonts (Selawik is preloaded, `font-display: swap`)
- [ ] `php artisan edspire:cutover` only after the production domain exists
